Refund policy
Order Processing
All prepaid orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During sales, festive periods, or high-order volume days, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.
Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are: Metro Cities: 3–5 business days. Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–8 business days. Remote Locations: 7–10 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation. Free shipping may be offered on selected promotional campaigns or minimum order values.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Currently, Oriva Beauty does not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) services. All orders must be prepaid through the available online payment methods.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. Oriva Beauty shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
Damaged Parcel
If you receive a visibly damaged or tampered package, please do not accept the delivery or contact our support team immediately with parcel images and an unboxing video.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to hygiene, safety, and the personal nature of cosmetic and beauty products, all products sold by Oriva Beauty are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once a product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Product)
Refunds or replacements may only be considered if a wrong product was delivered, the product was received in damaged condition, or an expired product was received.
To raise a claim, customers must contact support within 24–48 hours of delivery with the order number, clear product photographs, parcel photographs, and a mandatory unboxing video without cuts or edits. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Refund Approval
If the claim is verified and approved by our team, a replacement product may be shipped or a refund may be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The final decision regarding refunds or replacements shall rest solely with Oriva Beauty.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
